It's Rainbow Laces time! The campaign returns for 2020 and here, Inverness Caledonian Thistle CEO Scot Gardiner and women's team manager Karen Mason talk about the challenges in proactively supporting the LGBT+ community, and what sort of impact Rainbow Laces has had.
